Sizing & Quality
∙Adult shirts are UNISEX sizing
∙Kid shirts are true to size or run a little big
∙We do not offer onesies at this time
∙We always recommend sizing up but keep in mind that Adult shirts are unisex sizing & run big but will shrink a little when washed. Tie-dye & Acid Wash shirts are pre-washed.
∙if you prefer a woman’s shirt instead of unisex, send us an email or DM on Instagram
∙Please be mindful of sizing when ordering, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing
Shirts & fabric are very soft and amazing quality! We are very selective about how products feel and comfort is important to us! Fabric is custom made to get exclusive, one of a kind designs!
Rompers are true to size but size up if you are hesitant.
Wholesale Availability At this time, we do not offer wholesale.
∙ The TAT for all products is 7-14 business days. Pre-orders have their own specified processing times. Please note that combined items will be processed according to the product with the highest turn around time. For example, if you order a made to order product and a preorder item together, the processing time will be according to the preorder time & they will ship together not separately. Please separate preorder items from all other items.
∙Processing times can change at any given moment due to a high volume of orders
∙Orders are processed and/or shipped on weekdays
∙Please keep in mind, there is often only 1-2 people running this shop & products are handmade so patience is appreciated!
Local pickup is in Murrieta, CA. When order is ready, it will be placed by the front door. The order will stay by the door until picked up. Local pickup is available on weekdays between 8am-8pm. Please pickup in a timely manner. It is a safe location but we are not responsible for stolen items if customer has neglected to pickup an order for long periods of time. If customer fails to pickup an order before 8pm on any given day, it will be placed back inside & put out again in the morning. All pickup orders have names so please only pickup the order with your name on it. You will receive a notification when the order is ready & when it has been picked up. ∙We only ship within the United States with USPS.
∙Shipping is first class (standard) or priority mail (expedited). First class is an estimated 5-7 days. Priority mail is 1-3 days with insurance.
∙“Pretransit”= the post office has not scanned or updated tracking
∙We can control the processing time but once it’s with the mail carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
∙ If an item is damaged or not delivered, please contact USPS with your tracking number. If you want your order insured, please select priority (expedited) mail at check out.
∙If an item has free shipping, it is first class (standard).
∙Shipping delays are expected due to COVID & upcoming holidays
∙Free Shipping codes can be found on our Instagram at times
∙ Shirts: Wash inside out with like colors on cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on design. If care instructions are followed, vinyl will not lift.
∙Cups: do not apply cold cups to heat. Hand-wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Do not soak. ∙If care instructions are followed, vinyl should not come off. All cups are sealed with a clear food-safe coating to seal the vinyl, which cannot be seen unless the surface is scratched. Some cups are sealed with food-safe epoxy.
∙Hair Accessories: do not leave piggies in heat. Spot treat stains.
∙Keychains: spot treat stains. Do not leave resin letters in extreme heat.
Rompers: wash inside out with like colors in cold water. Hang to dry. Do not put in dryer
∙All custom orders are final sale
∙All automatically discounted items & gift card orders are final sale.
∙All Holiday items are final sale.
∙If a holiday item is delivered after the holiday, we cannot issue a refund or exchange because once an item ships, the delivery & shipping time is not in our control. For faster delivery, select priority mail at checkout.
∙We do not allow returns or exchanges for sizing. We recommend sizing up if you are hesitant about a size. Please choose carefully. Please keep in mind adult shirts are unisex sizing
∙We only allow returns or exchanges if a delivered item is wrong or is damaged (not due to shipping)
∙If an item is wrong or damaged (not due to shipping), please contact us within 24 hours with picture proof
∙if item is eligible for a return, customer must send the item back & an refund will be issued when received by us. Customer will be responsible for postage fees
∙Bleached shirts are not eligible for return if there are minor holes, this is part of the distressed look
