What is the Return/Exchange Policy? 
∙ At this time, all shirts are final sale because it’s currently made to order. We do not keep an inventory of shirts. So please make sure you order the correct sizes and to be safe, order a size up. Bows are also final sale because they are a hair accessory. If there is ever a problem or mistake with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to fix it. Please include the order number and your name when contacting us. If an item has arrived damaged, send us a picture and we’ll look into resolving it. Allow at least 2-3 business days for us to get back to you. 

Do you ship internationally? 
∙ We only ship to the U.S.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
∙ The current turn around time for shirts is 2-3 weeks (not including holidays or weekends) due to a large volume of orders, shortage of materials, and shipping delays caused by COVID-19. We are working as hard and fast as we can to bring the TAT back down for shirts. The current turn around time for bows is 1-3 days, they are pre-made and ready to ship unless they are pre-order. If you’ve purchased both a shirt and a bow, they will ship together according to the turn around time of shirts. To prevent this, purchase the bow and shirt as separate orders. Once the products ship, it’s in the hands of the mail carrier. We can only control the processing time to make your order, not the shipping time. First class mail is typically 3-5 business days and priority mail is typically 1-3 days. 

How do I care for my shirts or bows? 
∙ Shirts vary in materials from rayon, polyester, viscose, and cotton but all of them are made with either heat transfer vinyl or infusible ink, which lasts 50+ washes. Tie dye and acid wash are permanent. To best protect the design, turn garment inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, and lay flat or hang to dry. We would recommend putting a cloth over the design and using low heat if ironing. 
∙ Bows are made with stretchy bullet, spandex, or nylon fabric. You can wash but lay flat to dry. These materials do not shrink and it shouldn’t affect how it fits your child’s head.

 our private Facebook group “Wild Little Things VIP” or follow our Instagram @wildlittlethings. Discount code must be applied at checkout, we can not adjust the price of your order after it has been completed. 

Do you accept custom orders? 
∙ Custom shirt orders are currently closed. We would love to hear ideas for new bow patterns though! We also have an Etsy shop for custom tumblers and cups, www.wildlittlethingsco.etsy.com

How long does it take to restock bows?
∙ Bows are pre-made and there’s a limited amount for each design. Once it’s sold out, and depending on the demand, we will restock it but expect some time for us to receive new fabric and make new bows. It varies since we get fabric from multiple places. We will post updates for restocks on the private Facebook group ”Wild Little Things VIP”. 

Do you have a Brand Rep Program? 
∙We used to but most Brand Reps weren’t posting. So now if you’d like yourself or your child to be featured on the website or social media pages, tag us or message us. We won’t repost pictures without permission. We’d love to see your kids wearing their new shirts and bows! In the future, we will set up a proper Brand Ambassador Program with your own special discount code to share
